Crosslink A.O was founded by Aaron Matthew Oliver in 2001 and has quickly filled an urgent industry need for qualified, experienced electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians in the Field of Engineering, Technical Direction, Consulting and Owner’s Representation.
Since founding, Crosslink A.O has become one of the largest and most respected independent providers of independent repair and maintenance machinery services and consultants, with excellent customer satisfaction and regular repeat customers. Our reliability and maintenance engineers have a track record of improving safety, reducing outage costs, and preventing costly mistakes through the application of years of maintenance experience and knowledge on how to fix industrial machines correctly.

Aaron as a proven and accomplished leader and the president of Crosslink A.O, holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Union College and a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to founding Crosslink A.O he has held several leadership roles in engineering, services, production, operations, sales and quality. In his role as president of Crosslink A.O, Aaron leads the company’s global growth, strategic development, and financial performance.
Aaron has championed lean, bringing a focus on customer value, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and running the company closer to the customer by creating nearly thirty P&Ls to increase operational visibility.
Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Aaron is at the helm of Crosslink A.O Research, guiding a diverse technology portfolio that’s changing the landscape for the Electrical engineering industry, U.S. government agencies, and several commercial and academic institutions.
